CDAPP Sweet Success Guidelines for Care
The “CDAPP Sweet Success Guidelines for Care” are patient management references for multidiscipline providers. While the Guidelines strive to be evidence based, scientifically supported, and contain up to date standards of care, they should be considered a resource, not the standard of care in California. Readers are advised to adapt the guidelines and resources based on their local facility’s level of care and patient populations served and are also advised to not rely solely on the guidelines presented here. The CDAPP Sweet Success Guidelines for Care are periodically revised by a consensus of recognized experts in the field, who have experience in the care of women with diabetes during pregnancy.
The CDAPP Sweet Success Guidelines for Care were updated and published in October 2012. You may download the full guidelines or specific chapters using the links below.
Please note: as you scroll through each chapter, you will see items in red, or your cursor may turn into a pointing hand. These items have a link to the item they are referring to. For example, if you click on a red reference number, you will “jump” to the area of the reference list where that reference appears. (Unless otherwise specified, the documents below are PDF.)
